Get to learn more about our Glossary and key terminologies to familiarize yourself with the Apollofy lexicon.

This is aimed at easing the Designing and Management process for your Business.

Creator:

• A Team of people/An Individual who signs up on Apollofy to create their own App.

• Creators can be a part of multiple Teams to create multiple Apps.

App:

• A web-based Software designed to achieve a goal of collecting and displaying information.

• An App created on Apollofy can be internally for your Team or can be sold as a SaaS software (with your own set Pricing Plans).

Module

• A Database Table designed to store data.

• For eg: Product, Project, Tasks, Classes, Rooms, Buildings, etc.

Field

• Columns within the Module (Table). Fields define the information to hold and give this information a label.

• For eg: if there is a module called Rooms, fields can look like: Room Name, Room Type, Room Floor, Room Capacity, etc.

Field Type

• Define the behavior of a Field, and the type of Data you can store within this column. Read more here: Field Types

• For eg: Single Line, Multi-Line, Number, Location, Single Select, Multi-Select, etc.

Record

• A single instance of a Module. Corresponds to the concept of 'Rows' in a spreadsheet.
